SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be ready for shipment within 2-3 working days (not including shipping time). Kolb & Co. delivers within Switzerland only. Shipping times will then vary accordig to your location and local service provider.
SHIPPING FEE FOR SWISS DELIVERIES
For deliveries within Switzerland we will add a shipping fee of CHF 2.80 for single orders (1 product) and a shipping fee of CHF 4.90 for order of 2 products and more (postal costs are higher for packages over 250 grams, we are very sorry).
EUROPEAN ORDERS & REST OF THE WORLD
Deliveries to countries outside of the EU are not yet available through our web shop. We are very sorry.

Please note that product prices do not include duties and custom charges. Duty (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country custom authorities and might apply additionally depending on the amount of the purchase.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS WITHIN SWITZERLAND
All articles bought through our online shop www.kolb1914.com and delivered within Switzerland may be returned within 14 days after delivery. The item must be in its original packging and returned in a resaleable condition. Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and must be enclosed in the return parcel.
To get your refund, please inform us via email (shop@kolb1914.com) prior to returning the merchandise to the address below. We will happily issue a refund after the receit of the parcel.
